For this week’s assignment, I chose to use the performance testing tool GTMetrics to test the usability and optimization of this site. I am very pleased to report that I passed with flying colors, a full 100% score! The only thing I noticed that could possibly be improved according to the report I was given by GTMetrics is to perhaps simplify some fonts, but I like the typography of the site across the board and personally feel that it is worth whatever infinitesimally small difference it would make in my already excellent performance. I suppose it is a good thing this post is short as there aren’t any big obstacles for me to overcome at this time to improve my site. Looking forward to next week!
